FOCUS CRM

FOCUS CRM has been developed with our Local Authority and Housing Association customers.
The aim is to provide the very highest level of customer service, employing the latest technology, and offering a wide range of facilities.

CONSULTATION MANAGEMENT

A comprehensive solution for managing all aspects of the consultation process via a website, including Consultation calendar with milestones, the decision making process, geographical areas affected, status, results and decisions. Consultees, both internal and external, can be defined and receive updates and responses via the channel of their choice.

TRADE WASTE MANAGEMENT

An amalgamation of elements of our Focus CRM and billing facilities in our Sundry Debtors Management system. It handles the end to end process from initial customer contact including

Products and Services

Ash supplies a range of diverse solutions all of which have been developed and enhanced in partnership with our clients (mainly local authorities).

Some of these solutions, such as our specialised Sundry Debtors Management System are used on a corporate basis by up to 500 users at a single customer’s site. Others such as the e-Consultation Management system are used by just a handful of specialised staff.

Ash systems regularly top SOCITM (Society of I.T. Managers) user polls, with regard to quality, functionality and support.

The Aspien Debt Recovery System operates at Glasgow City Council and is undoubtedly one of the largest (if not the largest) local authority debt recovery system in the UK – a team of 60 recovery staff process debts from all revenue sources.

In addition to the solutions offered we support this with other services such as training, data migration, data cleansing and ongoing support.
