Ash wins the contract to supply the London Borough of Camden with their Aspien Debt Recovery System which will be used for corporate debt recovery.

SEPTEMBER 2011:    New Module - Green Waste Connector
Ash develops and implements a module to allow customer self service sign up for the chargeable collection of garden waste - with automated billing via our Sundry Debtors system.

As at December 2011, three local authorities have acquired this module.


JANUARY 2011:    New System - Childcare Billing Administration
Ash develops and implements a module designed to facilitate attendance billing at over 50 out of school clubs for Fife Childcare Services.


APRIL 2010:    Major Contract Win
Ash wins the contract to supply the Scottish Legal Aid Board with their Aspien Debt Recovery System.

Gloucester City Council become the first council to acquire the Ash e-Consultation System.

This allows public sector organisations to publish consultations and manage actions, timescales, responses etc.

Glasgow City Council - Debt Recovery System - live on all debt streams ..
On target to meet pre-implementation expectations.


FEBRUARY 2008:    New Customer
Ash's e/GO Recovery corporate arrears recovery application has been selected by Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council.
The authority will use Ash for its collection of Sundry Debts (interfaced from SAP).


JANUARY 2008:    New Customer
Ash's e/GO Recovery corporate arrears recovery application has been selected by Aylesbury Vale District Council.
The authority will use Ash for its collection of Council Tax (interfaced from Northgate), Sundry Debts and Car Parking Fines.


OCTOBER 2007:    New Customer
Ash's focus CRM and Anti-social behaviour applications have been selected by St. George's Community Housing.
The company are currently rolling out the ASB module with CRM being implemented in the area housing offices by April 2008.


JULY 2007:    New Customer
Ash's e/GO Recovery corporate arrears recovery application has been selected by Glasgow City Council.
The authority will phase in their collection systems beginning with Council Tax (interfaced from Academy) which which is expected to go live in early February 2008.


APRIL 2007:    New Customer
Ash's e/GO Debtors and e/GO Recovery applications have been selected by Newcastle City Council.
The authority will soon begin implementation to go Live in January 2008.
